I was very skeptical about this bonding treatment because I had been using Olaplex and thought nothing could compare to it. First time I tried this treatment I wasn't impressed but I was going to give it a chance and I've used it several time since and my fine curly hair loves it. It makes my hair soft, shiny, healthy looking and my curls are perfect spirals.

Omg! I love this treatment! My only regret is not buying it 1yr ago or even sooner! I leave it on thicker for overnight as a treatment and I also apply it lightly on my hair after wash, once dry. It is so much more lightweight than applying the oil and makes the ends more healthy and the whole lenght nourished without looking heavy oily! And it smells incredible! 😍🤩

I was excited to order from this company, especially since their website clearly stated there would be no additional customs charges. Unfortunately, that turned out to be misleading. After the item shipped, FedEx billed me more than the cost of the product itself for a surprise import fee. When I contacted FedEx, they said the company told them I’d be responsible for these charges - a detail that was never disclosed to me before purchase.
I reached out to the company multiple times to resolve the issue or ask if they would pay the fee on my behalf. After a few initial replies, they stopped responding altogether. I'm now stuck with a bill I never agreed to.
If you're considering buying from this company, you'll end up paying double what you expect. I would not purchase from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them until they take responsibility for situations like this.

I promise you that it was disclosed to me by FedEx that the tariffs would be 20% which comes to $5 and I have it on record for your order and others aswell that I have agreed to paid them for my clients.
Next thing I hear they are sending everyone invoices, which I wasn't aware of aswell.
In my FAQs I have written that there might be charges that would effect due to tariffs. But I am extremely transparent so this FedEx hidden charge I was also unaware of.
Last but not the least, I don't ship with FedEx anymore and have sorted the issue out for tariffs and charges.

The box has the instructions and information. The bottle is glass and doesn't have enough space on it. But it does have a label printed on it with the product and company name - Amber
